About Us:
Being raised in the housing industry has been a blessing. I sometimes joke there’s sawdust in my veins. My father and I worked together for over 20 years. Our firm has served our region for over three decades.
I have had a rich tapestry of opportunities in my life. A 1987 Gradate of Northwood Institute, I have an Associates Degree in Fashion Retail Merchandising & Marketing and a BBA - Dual Major in Management & Marketing. A natural fit for this industry since our homes are an extension of our individual style. Armed with Real Estate & Builder’s license I have helped hundreds of families move into the home of their dreams.
My life has included the opportunity to serve our home building industry locally, at the state level, and at the national level. In 2006 I received my Certified Aging in Place designation (CAPS) and in 2008 my Certified Green Professional designation through the National Association of Home Builders – Housing Institute.
The Housing industry is a part of who I am and have become. As past president of our local Home Builders Association and recognized by housing leaders at the state and national level I have had the opportunity to learn from the brightest and best of our industry not only about housing and construction but about merchandising, marketing & sales. I have also had the opportunity to teach as well.
I share my background because being a builder, a developer, a realtor, a friend, a mom… are related and require organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. I have surrounded myself with the best and brightest in our field. Our staff and our subcontractors are in the business of housing America’s people, one family at a time. Our companies focus has been and will always be on the needs and wants of the customer. We build your dream, because the most important thing in the homes we build are the people.
